Making A Purchase
By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Dobbies web site. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Should you have any difficulties using the shopping cart, the most common problem being multiple purchases of the same product showing in the cart. Look towards the top of the page, click view basket, you can then tick the box marked remove and then click the button "update" then just start your order again. We accept Visa and MasterCard switch and Solo. All prices shown on the website are for online automated purchases only. We are UNABLE to process orders by phone, due to our accounting systems ALL purchases must be made online. Delivery Schedule
Dobbies believe delivery should be as quick as possible. Most Items will be delivered within 48 Hours. However some products will state a longer delivery time. The cut off point for 48 hour delivery is 2pm the day before. Delivery of larger and Bulkier Products Whilst every effort is made to deliver your purchases within 48hrs (normally next day) bulky items like Garden Furniture, Trampolines, Climbing Frames and the very large BBQ's can require specialised delivery services (especially Garden Furniture Sets). Delivery outside the UK. For Delivery to Most Western European Countries please contact us using the "LIVE HELP" facility or email, customer.service[at]dobbies.co.uk for a quote - Please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. Greece, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Holland. If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a full refund. (Please note orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will not be delivered before the following Monday unless special arrangements are made) Busier Period orders and Deliveries disclaimer (April to August inc and November and December) Please note, whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busier times as stated above stock levels will start to deplete and the delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities, to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible. All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed. Please Note:- ALL goods require a signature upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered to a place where it can be signed for. (A place of work or a neighbour maybe ) . Please check the packaging on your goods for damage and make a note of this when signing for them, ONLY sign as, "received in good condition", if that is ACTUALLY the case. If the goods have been damaged in transit please refuse the delivery at this stage. If you are out when our courier arrives they will leave a card, please contact the courier on the card to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a card a final time telling you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer. *Bushman burners (Chimineas) incur a small additional delivery charge due to the specialised delivery requirements |

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. | Credit Card Security When the order is processed it will be encrypted using the latest Industry Standard Protocols and processed by WORLDPAY Ltd. or PROTX Information on this can be found at www.worldpay.com or https://www.protx.com/company/whoweare.asp . All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

In addition to normal manufacturers guarantees all of our products come with a our own 30 day money back guarantee. The 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Any returns made due to the goods being faulty are returned at our cost and a full refund will be made. Returns made due to the customer changing their mind or any other reason will be the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us and we will refund the cost less shipping charges agreed prior to pickup. |

Returns Policy
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY FAULTY ITEMS If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to pick up the item.. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. ORDER CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel goods as any purchases that have left our warehouse will be subject to the returns charges listed below. If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have already been despatched you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs and for the original carriage of those products. You can opt to make arrangements for return yourself. If we have to arrange collection by courier most items incur a £25 + vat collection fee, original shipping is charged at £5.50 for smaller items up to 20kg, then 20p per kilo thereafter. Once returned in original condition ready for re-sale we will issue a refund minus any relevant delivery costs.
