Making a Purchase
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Electron, Solo, American Express or PayPal. Prices shown on our website constitute an invitation to treat and your order does not become a contract until we notify you by email of your delivery.

Delivery of Restricted Products
We have available online one of the widest ranges of gardening products in the UK. Some of the products that we sell – for example pruning shears or pesticides – can be unsafe or dangerous in the hands of children, and therefore it is a condition of purchase that you are aged 18 or over at the time you make a purchase from us. If you are under the age of 18, please ask your parent or guardian for assistance.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver most items within 3-5 days. However some products may state a longer delivery time. All delivery times shown on the website are based on the best information we have at the time available, but this cannot be guaranteed. You will be sent a tracking number by email on the day we dispatch your order. Sometimes we may need to split your order up, so that we get your items to you as fast as possible. If we do this, we will tell you about it, and we will not charge you any extra for this service.

Delivery Of Large or Bulky Items and Surcharges
Whilst every effort is made to deliver your purchases within the stated time, large or heavy items like outdoor furniture, climbing frames, water features or barbecues can require specialised delivery services. This may take a little longer to get your order out to you. There are also some items that we sell which require a specialist delivery service, including using a 2-person delivery team. For large items like these, such as furniture and big barbecues, we have a delivery surcharge which ensures that your order gets to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

Our Responsibilities to You
We can only be liable to you for losses that were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time you placed your order. We sell products for personal use in your home or garden and therefore cannot be liable for business losses such as loss of data, loss of income, or other loss of business. Our total liability to you in any case will not exceed the total price charged of your order. Nothing in this paragraph limits, attempts to limit, or affects our liability to you through our negligence or where a product we may supply to you is found to be unsafe.

Out of Stock Items and Busy periods
If we encounter any delays to your order or if the item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know and provide you with an estimated delivery date. If we cannot provide you with an estimated delivery date, you will be offered a full refund. While we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, sometimes we can get very busy, and some items will start to sell very fast. At these times our stock ordering and delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities. To avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible. All of our orders require a signature upon delivery for your security. If you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered where it can be signed for, such as a place of work, or with a neighbour. If you are happy for us to leave an item at your house unsigned for, we can do this for you, but in these cases we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to your order, and responsibility for the item lies with you once we leave it at your address.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will do our best to order it for you, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns
All of our products come with our own 28 day money-back guarantee. In addition, all of our hardy plant stocks come with a full 5-year plant guarantee. If you wish to return or exchange an item where we are at fault, we will reimburse your delivery charges. If you wish to return or exchange an item where we are not at fault, for example where you change your mind, you will be required to pay for return postage costs. Either way, you can opt to make arrangements for return yourself or we will arrange a collection by courier. This does not affect your statutory rights.
