Dobbies are looking for Christmas Trees with the X-Factor
All you have to do is show us a picture (on Facebook, Twitter or Flickr) of your fabulous and stylishly decorated Christmas tree and you could be in with a chance of winning that amazing prize.
Dobbies are looking for Christmas Trees with the X-Factor and winners for the following four categories:
- Most Traditional Tree
- Most Colourful Tree
- Most Stylish Tree
- Biggest Tree
And as if you needed another reason to enter, for every picture uploaded, Dobbies will donate 50p to WellChild (up to the value of £2000), a national charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for seriously sick children and their families across the uk.
How To Enter
As stated, all we need is a picture of your Christmas tree and you can send it to us in any of the following ways:
On our Flickr page. Just submit your picture into the relevant discussion group.
On our Twitter page. Just submit your picture via Twitpic, including the name of the category you’d like to enter.
On our Facebook page. Just post your picture and category to our wall.
* Please note if you choose to use one of the methods above you must already be a member and signed in before entering a photo.
You can also enter the competition directly by email. Just send us your picture along with your contact details and the category you wish to enter to treemendous@dobbies.com.
The closing date for entries is 9am on 24th December 2009. The winners will be announced on Monday 28th December 2009.
Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents.
Entrants must have decorated the tree pictured themselves in either their home, garden or business. Christmas trees in public places are not eligible for entry.
Judging
A panel of judges made up of Dobbies plant experts, visual merchandisers and interior designers will select the winners. All decisions by the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into. All winners will be contacted immediately after the results of the competition have been announced.
