What’s happening at Dobbies Garden Centre Dunfermline?
This Christmas Dobbies Garden Centres are helping raise money for Starlight Children’s Foundation – a national charity that brightens the lives of seriously ill children across the UK.
Dobbies Dunfermline are helping to make Alex’s wish come true!
Sixteen year old Alex has cystic fibrosis, a life shortening condition that affects all the organs of the body, especially the lungs. Alex told Starlight, “I have lots of hospital visits and have to take lots of tablets.”
Alex’s once in a lifetime wish is to go on holiday to Orlando, Florida, and visit Aquatica and Seaworld. He said, “It would be lovely to go on holiday to America and visit the water parks – it would be like a dream come true for me.”
