What’s happening at Dobbies Garden Centre Ponteland?
This Christmas Dobbies Garden Centres are helping raise money for Starlight Children’s Foundation – a national charity that brightens the lives of seriously ill children across the UK.
Dobbies Ponteland are helping to make Demi’s wish come true!
Five year old Demi‐Leigh from Newcastle was diagnosed at a very young age with a rare genetic condition called Mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS). As Demi‐Leigh is missing an essential enzyme, her bones, skeletal structure, connective tissues, and organs are all affected, which results in pain and impaired motor function.
Demi‐Leigh wished for a wooden climbing frame with swings, a slide and monkey bars because she loves to play outside with her friends but there are no parks close to her home.

The Little Seedlings Club
If you’re looking for a fun and free way to entertain your children, why not bring them along to the Little Seedlings Club at Dobbies Garden World Ponteland?
There's plenty going on at Dobbies Garden World Ponteland
The club, which is open to all children between the ages of 4 to 10 years old, meets up on the first Sunday of every month.
Each meeting includes fun workshops and activities that educate kids on plants, wildlife and the environment.
Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult and that dates are subject to change. So if you’re thinking of coming along to Little Seedlings, please do contact Dobbies Garden Centre Ponteland in advance of your visit.
