What’s going on at Dobbies Garden Centre Preston?
This Christmas Dobbies Garden Centres are helping raise money for Starlight Children’s Foundation – a national charity that brightens the lives of seriously ill children across the UK.
Dobbies Preston are helping to sponsor Amber’s wish!
Eleven year old Amber from Blackburn suffers from Spina Bifida and hydrochephelus and is wheelchair bound most of the time.
Amber’s Starlight wish is to go on holiday to the seaside and stay in a hotel with a swimming pool. Amber tells Starlight ‘I love to swim because it means that when I’m swimming, I’m not in my wheelchair.’

Seedlings Club
Dobbies Garden World Preston is happy to invite all children between the ages of 4 and 10 years old to the Little Seedlings Club.
There's plenty going on at Dobbies Garden World Preston
On the first Sunday of every month, the club convenes to learn about the environment through fun and educational workshops.
So if you’d like your kids to find out more about plants, wildlife and all things green, bring them along to Little Seedlings.
The best part about the club is that it’s completely free.
Please do note that all children must be accompanied by an adult and that dates are subject to change. It’s always advisable to contact Dobbies Garden Centre Preston ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.
