Dobbies Garden Centre Reading

What’s happening at Dobbies Garden Centre Reading?

This Christmas Dobbies Garden Centres are helping raise money for Starlight Children’s Foundation – a national charity that brightens the lives of seriously ill children across the UK.

Dobbies Reading are helping to sponsor Louis’s wish!

Ten year old Louis from Reading was diagnosed in May 2010 with a high risk medulloblastoma brain tumour. His Starlight wish is to fly to Disneyland Paris.

Louis’ mother tells Starlight, ‘Louis recently went on a trip to Thorpe Park and has been bitten by the theme park bug which is why he wants to go to Disneyland Paris. Louis is a really happy boy who is always smiling and has been so strong and so brave throughout this awful illness.’

My wife and I feel that food purchased in the farm shop should be paid for in the farm shop, and not at the tills along with plants and manure.
