What’s going on at Dobbies Garden Centre Aberdeen?
A planning application for a brand new 4,827sqm Dobbies Garden World in Lang Stracht, Aberdeen, has been approved.
The new store, which will be the most environmentally friendly garden centre ever constructed in the UK, will be opened in the Spring of 2010 and boast impressive features including a specialist pets and aquatics department.
Property Director for Dobbies, Stuart Wright, commented: “We are really excited about the development which will offer horticultural expertise within a state of the art retail and leisure destination for the people of Aberdeen.”
The existing Dobbies Garden World in Aberdeen will remain open until the new building is complete.
The Current Dobbies Garden World in Aberdeen is set to be replaced in 2010

was in at the new dobbies yesterday, must say what an improvement compared to the last run down old place, just what dobbies in aberdeen has been needing to do for the last few years. now up on a par with other other dobbies garden centres in scotland. if not better than the rest.
