It’s that special time of year again. Santa’s coming to Dobbies* to greet you in his Grotto.
There’s lots of festive fun all weekend across our stores, so bring the whole family and join in the Christmas celebrations.
There’s something for everyone this season, from Santa’s arrival parade, to children’s entertainers, in-store Xmas demonstrations and a special festive menu in our restaurants**.
Santas arrival dates and times for each store are below. Please contact your local Dobbies Garden Centre for more details. Dobbies winter events can also be found online at Dobbies.com.
Santa will be arriving at the following centres on Saturday 19th November 2011 at 11:30am:

*With regret this event will not take place at our Paisley store, the nearest event for customers of this store will be at our new Dobbies Garden World at Braehead.

What a shame the popular traditional arrival of Santa at Paisley’s Dobbies won’t be happening this year! It’s bad enough that the shop is closing down at the end of December, but for there to be no Santa there is awful! As for the Braehead store – it lacks the charm, character and memories of the Paisley Dykebar Dobbies. It seems idiotic to turn away custom in this economic climate.

We value our customers’ opinions and as a result of recent feedback we are delighted to announce that Santa will be coming to the Centre on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th December. This free festive family event will run across the weekend, where children can meet the big man in red and receive a free gift – we hope this event will add some festive cheer for our loyal customers at Paisley ahead of the stores closure at the end of the year.
